Amy Sheppard grew up in Austin, Texas and now resides in Dallas where she has been painting commissioned artwork and murals off and on for the past 13 years. Amy believes no home should be without a piece of art, and she works closely with clients to create original and contemporary portraits as well as whimsical or traditional murals to fit any budget and brighten any home.

Amy received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting and drawing from the University of North Texas in 1998. She worked at Studio Art House in Flower Mound, Texas as an art instructor for five years, specializing in oil painting and watercolor classes. Amy now teaches privately, beginning through advanced watercolor, oil painting, and drawing for any age.
